Based on the knowledge being created by Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab,SM the Ph.D. in Human Capital Management is enabling learning leaders to
embed the latest knowledge and practice on human capital creation and deployment into their organizations.
This program, designed for working adults, is flexible and practical. The curriculum is divided into four Learning Modules, each concentrating on specific processes
and concepts to provide a rich understanding of how human capital is created, shaped, and deployed for organizational success. Earning a Certificate of Completion
for each module, students can apply the learning back into their workplaces real-time.
