  • Collaboration Boot Camp
Designed to develop effective collaboration abilities, the course covers how to work with others to achieve a common purpose and strengthen overall team cohesiveness and effectiveness. It focuses on how to use the talents and skills of a diverse team to accomplish a shared, defined business purpose.
  • Communication Boot Camp
Effective communication starts with identifying a specific outcome and then learning how to listen, present new information, gain agreement, provide direction, change behavior, or take action. Communicators take responsibility for message receipt – including outcomes. This course teaches methods and approaches that work.
  • Problem-Solving Boot Camp
The ability to think critically is foundational to being effective in business. Developing effective problem-solving skills gives learners the ability to recognize problems when they occur, conduct analysis of the problems, assess the severity of the problem, and evaluate a variety of possible solutions.
  • Judgment Boot Camp
Sound judgment is one component of an individual’s ability to think critically and results from the application of a logical structure for considering relevant information. When sound judgment is applied, a person is able to accurately assess various options or solutions to make the most effective and/or appropriate choice. When people exhibit sound judgment, they demonstrate an important leadership trait, gain the respect and commitment of others, and bring additional value to their personal and professional activities.
  • Decision-Making Boot Camp
Decision-making is part of critical thinking and follows from problem-solving and judging. It’s the process that results in making a choice among multiple possible courses of action. The course covers how to overcome typical barriers to effective decision-making – like too much/too little information, too many people and/or beneficial interests, and over/under commitment to a decision. Learners will develop skills proposing decisions that are synthesized and logically extrapolated from the analysis of evidence.
  • Self-Management Boot Camp
In simple terms, self-management can be defined as the processes we use to control our own behavior. Activities such as personal development and learning, setting goals, personal reflection, and self-assessment contribute to an individual’s self-management skills. This boot camp provides learners with skills in assessing their relevant attitudes and behaviors when working in a professional context, assuming responsibility for their actions, overcoming obstacles ethically to achieve objectives, demonstrating professionalism, developing a sense of self as a learner, and building fully on previous learning and experience.
  • Values Clarification Boot Camp
Values are typically defined as the either priorities or moral standards that guide our actions – and they’re essential for effective decision-making, collaboration, and self-management. By identifying and focusing on their personal values, individuals can achieve greater self-awareness, higher levels of personal integrity, and enhanced credibility as a person and a leader.
